O.M.I  Horizontal Submersible pump is a product developed by the continuous efforts of our R&D Team and our experience in manufacturing pumps for the past 3 decades.  The pumps are manufactured as per IS 14220.These pumps are manufactured with utmost care and perfection to give a trouble free and efficient performance.These horizontal openwell centrifugal submersible pumps are used in openwells or tanks. These type of pumps need no adjustment in position as they rest in the bottom of the well or tank, hence the situation of priming does not exist. The motor body, back cover, front cover, casing and impellers are made of grade cast iron. The impellers and rotor is dynamically balanced to offer vibration free operation, improved efficiency, and increased product life cycle. These pumps are powered by rewindable water filled submersible motor suitable for continuous duty. The stator is wound with special water proof poly synthetic film, insulated copper winding wires and low watt loss steel stampings. Specially designed water lubricated high performance thrust bearings are used to withstand axial and down thrust loads. Motor sealing in done with rubber grommets, 'O' rings, oil seals and sand guard to avoid the ingress of water and other particles into the motor.  Rubber diaphragms are used to guard against pressure and volume variation of water inside the motor. The motors must be filled with clear cold water before erection. These pumps are designed for wide voltage fluctuations.
