Horizontal Multistage Pump

OMI Horizontal Multi Stage pump is a product developed by the continuous efforts of our R&D Team and our experience in manufacturing pumps for the past 3 decades. These pumps are axial suction and vertical delivery with threaded ports. The impellers, diffusers and shaft are made of stainless steel. The body is a totally enclosed fan cooled, A.C. Induction two pole or four pole motor, suitable for continuous running. Sealing is by means of a mechanical seal made of carbon & ceramic is fitted over the shaft, which is ground to close tolerance. The rotors and impellers are dynamically balanced to improve the efficiency and product life cycle and reduce vibration. The pumps volute chamber and impellers are designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and suction. The motor stator is made of low watt loss stamping. The windings are high grade enameled copper wire and are varnished and vacuum impregnated. These pumps are incorporated with TOP to prevent burnout.
