Description
O.M.I 150mm to 200mm (6 - 8â€) Borewell Submersible pump is a product developed by the continuous efforts of our R&D Team and our experience in manufacturing pumps for the past 3 decades. The pumps are manufactured as per IS 8034 and IS 9283. These pumps are manufactured with utmost care and perfection to give a trouble free and efficient performance.These pumps are manufactured with radial flow or mixed flow impellers according to the head and discharge. Internally mounted mechanical seals are used to reduce power consumption. The checkvalve housing and suction inter connector are made of graded cast iron. The pumps are built with gunmetal or SS impellers and cast iron or SS diffusers. These pumps are powered by rewindable water filled submersible motor suitable for continuous duty. The stator is wound with special water proof poly synthetic film, insulated copper winding wires and low watt loss steel stampings. Specially designed carbon bush high performance thrust bearings are used to withstand axial and down thrust loads. Dynamically balanced rotors are used to give vibration free and noise free operations and thus increase the efficiency and product life cycle. The motors must be filled with clear cold water before erection. The pump is used in bore sizes above 200 mm. These pumps are designed for wide voltage fluctuations. Specification
