OMI Automatic Pressure Boosting Pump is a product developed by the continuous efforts of our R&D Team and our experience in manufacturing pumps for the past 3 decades.The body is a totally enclosed fan cooled, A.C. Induction two pole or four pole motor, suitable for continuous running. Sealing is by means of a mechanical seal made of carbon & ceramic is fitted over the shaft, which is ground to close tolerance. The rotors and impellers are dynamically balanced to improve the efficiency and product life cycle and reduce vibration. The pumps volute chamber and impellers are designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and suction. The motor stator is made of low watt loss stamping. The windings are high grade enameled copper wire and are varnished and vacuum impregnated. These pumps are incorporated with TOP to prevent burnout.Pre charged air tank systems are used and are highly reliable and capable of maintaining, water supply equal to that conventional tanks twice their size. All tanks include premium grade bladders or diaphragms which eliminate the problem of water logged tanks. They are easy to install and feature epoxy coating for superior corrosion resistance. System includes pump, pressure switch, air volume control and tubing.
